Cabin Days

We have been so lucky to make it up to the cabin 3 times this summer! We have one more trip this weekend and then I think that is it for awhile since school is starting soon:( We so enjoy the weather and slowing down. Although when I think about all we do while we are there we sure do pack in the fun. Madelyn has been golfing with her daddy and papa the last few times and LOVES it. Trips to the park, pool, in to town for pedicures, rides in the golf cart, riding bikes, playing guitar with papa, fires and making smores. Just a few of the things that keep us busy and relaxed all at the same time.

Lake Okoboji Part 2

I finally went through my 300 some pictures from our week at Lake Okoboiji! We had a great time enjoying all that we love about being there. The first night we got there we saw Sara out on the rock just soaking it up. It was priceless. We realized how much the girls ( and us ) just love going on this family getaway and have decided it needs to be a yearly event. This year it was even better because Jason's brother Adam and his wife Danelle with their two sons were there at the same time. Great memories!

Lake Okoboji Part 1
